1-on-1 AFib Workshop
Transform Your AFib Journey!
In today's world of doctors getting increasingly limited time with their patients, there is a good chance you're not getting the full spectrum of care and guidance you need for your unique AFib situation.
My 1-on-1 AFib Workshop will give you peace of mind and an actionable plan to take control of your AFib journey.

A Comprehensive, Highly Personalized Workshop
You'll have three 1 hour weekly sessions scheduled at your convenience and with a user-friendly meeting format that can be accessed on your phone, tablet, or computer. Alyson will make it easy for you, and each session is packed with valuable information personalized to your unique AFib situation. Here is the workshop schedule:
Session #1: Your AFib History & AFib Overview
Info Gathering
First, we'll focus on your history with AFib, including any medications or procedures you've had, general medical history, and lifestyle preferences.
Test Results (optional)
At your option, we can review any test results that will be helpful for our discussions. I will make it easy for you to pass me this information before the session.
Exploring Your Episode Triggers
We will explore your AFib episode triggers. We'll look at episode patterns and connect the dots of your related experiences to get a better sense of what is most likely to give you an AFib episode. This can inform opportunities for adjustments to reduce the probability of an episode.
Handling AFib Episodes
For those unfortunate situations when an AFib episode occurs, we'll talk about the mindset to have and what actions you can take to best handle an episode.
Personalized AFib Overview
In the context of our discussion, I will give you personalized education about AFib, including its causes, life expectancy info, and how the disease can progress over time. I'll make sure you have an understanding of the condition and what to expect.
Session #2: Treatment & Prevention Options
Medication & Procedure Options
We'll look more deeply at the medications and procedures you may have already had, and we can explore others that may be worth exploring for your unique AFib situation.
Natural Treatment & Prevention
I will describe a range of options that are available as natural approaches to treating and preventing AFib. We can talk about whether any of these options may be a good fit for you depending on your health status and preferences.
Lifestyle Options
I will explain how lifestyle can impact AFib from a big picture perspective. We can explore if there are opportunities for lifestyle adjustments that can go along way toward you AFib health.
Session #3: Your Personalized AFib Plan
Plan Review
Doctor Appointment Strategy
I have treated thousands of AFib patients in a private practice environment as well as through universities. I know how AFib appointments go. I will teach you how to prepare for your AFib appointments, including the right questions to ask for your unique situation, so that you can get the most out of your time with the doctor.
Doctor Referrals (optional)
I have worked in various parts of the U.S. with some of the best AFib doctors in the world. If you're unsatisfied with your current health care path or physician, I can help connect you with a doctor that may better fit your needs and preferences.
My AFib Resource Network
I will provide you with free resources to help you with various aspects of your AFib journey. At your option, I will also open up my network of partners and contacts that can help you with specific areas of need discovered during our sessions for the benefit of your AFib health.
