I will develop a personalized AFib plan for you. This will include 2 phone calls or web-meetings (45 minutes each), a personalized AFib plan document for you to keep and follow, AFib education, possible doctor referrals and more. See additional detail below.

Info Gathering (45-Minute Call)
We'll discuss your AFib history and current status, lifestyle, goals. I'll also educate you about AFib as it relates to treatments and lifestyle changes, and discuss your preferences toward a range of approaches.

Plan Creation
I will develop an AFib plan document for you, and we'll schedule our Plan Review call to go over it.

Plan Review (45-Minute Call)
We'll review your personalized AFib plan and discuss what to expect ahead with AFib in your life. We'll also discuss a doctor visit strategy, and I can make referral recommendations, if relevant. I'll also answer any questions that you have.

Plan Delivery
I will email the plan document to you, and proceed with any other follow-up items we may determine during our previous call.

1How do I pay and book my first conversation?
Once you click on the pink booking button on this page, you'll pay via credit card and then you'll be able to book your time slot with Alyson.
2What if Alyson isn't available for a time slot that I need?
If the time slot you need is not available, you will be able to reach out to Alyson to see if we can work you in. If it still does not meet your needs, we can always refund your full payment.
3What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelling a session and we'll reschedule you or refund your full payment.
4If I'm not happy with the first conversation, can I get a refund?
Absolutely. Alyson is very likely to help you with your AFib questions and needs, but if for any reason you're not happy after the first call, let us know before she begins creating the personalized plan and you'll get a full refund.
