You'll have three 1 hour weekly sessions scheduled at your convenience and with a user-friendly meeting format that can be accessed on your phone, tablet, or computer. Alyson will make it easy for you, and each session is packed with valuable information personalized to your unique AFib situation. Here is the workshop schedule:

Session #1: Your AFib History & AFib Overview

This is the first of three 1 hour sessions, and it will cover the following:
Handling AFib Episodes

For those unfortunate situations when an AFib episode occurs, we'll talk about the mindset to have and what actions you can take to best handle an episode.

Personalized AFib Overview

In the context of our discussion, I will give you personalized education about AFib, including its causes, life expectancy info, and how the disease can progress over time. I'll make sure you have an understanding of the condition and what to expect.

This is the second of three 1 hour sessions, and it will cover the following:

Session #3: Your Personalized AFib Plan

This is the last of three 1 hour sessions, during which I will give you a personalized AFib plan and cover the following:
Plan Review
We'll go over the personalized plan I will have developed for you based on all of our conversations. The plan will address and describe relevant action items from each segment of our workshop, including any suggested next steps with doctors and my AFib resources. When our last session is complete, I will send this document to you via email.
Doctor Appointment Strategy

I have treated thousands of AFib patients in a private practice environment as well as through universities. I know how AFib appointments go. I will teach you how to prepare for your AFib appointments, including the right questions to ask for your unique situation, so that you can get the most out of your time with the doctor.

Doctor Referrals (optional)

I have worked in various parts of the U.S. with some of the best AFib doctors in the world. If you're unsatisfied with your current health care path or physician, I can help connect you with a doctor that may better fit your needs and preferences.

My AFib Resource Network

I will provide you with free resources to help you with various aspects of your AFib journey. At your option, I will also open up my network of partners and contacts that can help you with specific areas of need discovered during our sessions for the benefit of your AFib health.

1Who is the AFib Workshop for?
Whether you're just starting with AFib and need to get comfortable with what to expect and how to approach it, or if you've had it for years and need to get a new perspective and explore your options, this workshop is for you.
2How flexible is scheduling each session?
After you sign up, Alyson will find dates and times that will work for your convenience. You can schedule all 4 sessions upfront, or you can schedule before each session, one by one. There are no hard time constraints to complete the workshop.
3What is the session format and will it be hard to join?
The sessions will be via web meeting on Google Meet. You'll get a simple link to access via your phone, tablet, or computer and at the time of the meeting all you have to do is click the link for it to load on your device without downloading any software. If you would prefer to have the conversation only through audio, please just let Alyson know ahead of time.
4What is the refund policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied after your first call, just let us know right after the call and you'll get a full refund for the workshop. If you're no satisfied with a future call, you be refunded for that call and any others remaining in your workshop.
5What is the cancellation policy?
Just cancel 24 hours or more before our call and we can reschedule for a more convenient date and time. If you need to cancel the workshop without rescheduling, please do so 24 hours or more before the next session and you'll be refunded for all remaining sessions.
6How should I prepare for the session?
No major preparation is needed. Simply use a phone, tablet, or computer to access the session and Alyson will guide you with the rest. If you need to provide test results for Alyson to review, let her know beforehand and she'll make sure you're able to get them to her easily.
